The Gypsika Journals A spiritual journey through a postmodern world

The Gyspika Journals
are three novels written by author Annika Mongan. In 2006 she set out on a tour of the US with her celtic and medieval band. Her pursuit of her life’s goals - the creation of an epic musical as well as the founding of a spiritual learning community - soon turned into journey inwards. Life on the road provided many challenges and became the vehicle of profound spiritual transformation. In the Gypsika Journals she recounts not only her bizarre and often hilarious experiences traveling from coast to coast, but also her journey from fundamentalist christianity through atheism, nihilism, and despair into an all encompassing new spirituality.
